misk city hub

Misk City Hub is envisioned as a dynamic destination where creatives, entrepreneurs, and innovators come together to collaborate, learn, and grow. The platform enables users to discover and attend workshops and events, connect with the creative community, and easily reserve workspaces such as desks and meeting rooms.

For this project, we designed a comprehensive UX/UI experience that simplifies how users explore opportunities within the hub. The interface allows users to seamlessly browse upcoming workshops and events, register with ease, and manage their bookings in one place. In addition, the platform provides a streamlined system for reserving desks and meeting rooms, supporting both spontaneous work sessions and scheduled collaborations.

The design focuses on clarity, accessibility, and community engagement, creating an intuitive journey from discovery to participation. Through thoughtful user flows, clean visual design, and a responsive layout, the experience encourages creatives to make the most of the hub’s resources while fostering connection and productivity within the Misk community.

Design System — Reflecting the Misk City Hub Brand

As part of the Misk City Hub UX/UI project, we developed a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and a strong alignment with the brand identity. The goal was to create a unified language that reflects the innovative and creative spirit of the hub while maintaining a clean and functional user experience.

Design Process

After conducting UX research, including understanding user needs, behaviors, and the main goals of visitors to Misk City Hub, we translated these insights into clear user flows and platform requirements.

We then began creating low-fidelity wireframes to map the core structure of the platform. These wireframes focused on defining the layout, navigation, and main functionalities such as browsing workshops and events, reserving desks, and booking meeting rooms. This stage allowed us to quickly test ideas, iterate on user flows, and ensure the experience was intuitive before moving into visual design.

Once the structure was validated, we progressed to high-fidelity UI wireframes, applying the design system components, typography, and color styles. The Figma file was carefully organized with reusable components and consistent layouts, making the design scalable and easier to maintain.

Finally, we developed fully polished mockups for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring the experience remained seamless across different screen sizes. The designs were also produced in both Arabic and English, taking into consideration right-to-left (RTL) and left-to-right (LTR) layouts to maintain usability and visual balance in each language.
