The Problem
Users struggled to understand the available services at Misk City Hub and found it difficult to visualize spaces or complete reservations efficiently.

User interviews were conducted with 25 participants who were either current or potential visitors of Misk City Hub.The goal was to understand their motivations, expectations, frustrations, and behavior when interacting with co-working spaces and online booking systems.

The solution focused on designing a website experience that clearly communicates City Hub services, provides strong visual representation of spaces, and simplifies the reservation process.

An interactive prototype was created to simulate the final user experience across both web and mobile platforms.
Final Outcome
The final solution improved how users explored services and completed reservations at Misk City Hub.
Users were able to better understand available facilities, visualize spaces before visiting, and complete booking tasks more efficiently.
Reflection
This project strengthened my ability to conduct user research, translate insights into design solutions, and validate ideas through usability testing.
Working within a team environment also improved my collaboration and communication skills, ensuring that design decisions aligned with both user needs and business goals.
